Christopher Nolan needs to remake FOLLOWING…even though he made it once already. FOLLOWING is just that good and deserves a wider audience and more prestige than just a limited-run stream on Netflix with a note that it’s his first film.
Were that remake to happen, though, it needs a steadicam and about 10 more minutes, and not only to make it more of a feature-length movie. That ten minutes could be served well by fleshing out the thin premise that the entire plot hinges on. Everthing else in this movie is very thoughtful, though, and shows what promise and talent Nolan had, even from the beginning.
