A story about a troubled boy growing up in England, set in 1983. He comes across a few skinheads on his way home from school, after a fight. They become his new best friends, even like family. Based on experiences of director Shane Meadows.

It wasn’t a’tall what I expected: a brutal but electrifying look at a bullied kid getting caught up with British Nationalist skinheads in trying to find a sense of family after his dad dies in the Falklands War. Stephen Graham is amazing as the leader, Combo.
