The one thing Shyamalan got right in THE LAST AIRBENDER is the look of the world. Everything else he managed to mostly skew & screw. Aside from bad dialogue, bad editing & poor acting, the most nagging thing is that only 2 names are pronounced correctly: Zuko & Katara. As an enthusiastic fan of the original TV series, the most egregious error is that Shyamalan doesn’t understand Aang at all. And finally, the ending: piss poor.
