Overview
A British crime novelist travels to her publisher’s upmarket summer house in Southern France to seek solitude in order to work on her next book. However, the unexpected arrival of the publisher’s daughter induces complications and a subsequent crime.

It’s not at all the film I expected it to be, even 3/4 of the way though and that’s quite the pleasant surprise. The dreamlike state, especially at the end, raises the question of the in-movie fiction blending with reality, or if it was all just Sarah’s fiction in the end.
