Viewing Notes

It’s still a mystery to me why, if they’re doing a Doomsday movie, that they completely cut out the alternate Supermen. I get that they wanted to explore a bit more the darker Superman that we saw in SUPERMAN II, but I don’t know that the result was compelling enough to warrant what we got; at the very least they should have made Clone Superman into Cyborg Superman.

Also, what was up with the weird cheek lines on Superman’s face? Rather than give his face definition, they just made him look curious and old; they should’ve stuck with the designs from the animated series.

I love Adam Baldwin (on screen), but he was completely wrong for Clark/Superman; it just didn’t fit. But, Anne Heche was perfect.
