A very dark and disturbing tale. I really feel that the people involved in this (in the real situation at least) are quite stupid. I understand in a stressful situation people will follow authority and whatever, but maybe I just don’t understand blind faith in anything. Much less the “authority” of someone over the phone. Can’t even imagine how this happened.
