I haven’t seen this in years and it had been far too long. Such an amazing piece of filmmaking. Aside from some crazy loud music cues this is damn near perfect. A few funny moments, but full of suspense still to this day. Forgot just how many incredibly quotable lines there are in this film. And Anthony Perkins? Wow. I can only imagine what it would have been like to see this in the theater upon its initial release, when there had been nothing like it before. I can only imagine the shock and horror those audiences felt.
