The last of the Perkins Psycho films that has an interesting way of creating a prequel feel, while still continuing the story a bit. I would love to have known more about what happened to Norman between the events of the third film and the beginning of this one. How the hell is he already out of jail?!
That aside I was pleasantly surprised to see John Landis in a small role and Perkins just plain rules (as usual). The end was actually a bit sad, but it does leave it on a fitting end.
