I had heard good things, but… damn.
Wan has really done something special here. I really enjoyed INSIDIOUS but felt it got a little too silly. Here he proves he can make a serious, scary, atmosphere rich film. The sound design is fantastic and super creepy. I even smiled at the opening credit design.
