Viewing Notes

Have not seen this in YEARS! Watched so I could listen to the latest How Did This Get Made? (HDTGM) podcast, and wasn’t disappointed.

Yeah, it’s pretty ridiculous, but I still remember the magic feelings I had in the theater opening night as a teenage MK-obsessed person. My favorite game was on the big screen and I couldn’t have been smiling more.

And that soundtrack…
On repeat.

I vividly remember during the big MK Techno song during the credits that my buddy Davin and I ran down the the front of the, mostly empty by that point, theater and re-enacted some of our favorite MK moves to the beat. My dad sat and watched while probably shaking his head.

Yeah, we were dorks.
