Overview

And we’re at the end of the ROTLD re-watch. This one does not get near enough credit. Boldly, Yuzna decided to go the non-coimical route for installment number three. At the time it didn’t really pay off, but if you watch it now there’s a damn good movie in there. This is the Shakespearean love story mixed with horror that everyone forgot about. Recently WARM BODIES mixed a zombie comedy with ROMEO AND JULIET but this was done with this film as well. And here it gets insane. Fantastic FX work and some truly terrifying creatures and bleak moments.
Who am I kidding? I’ll probably watch parts 4 and 5 again too. I know… I’m a glutton for punishment.
