Viewing Notes

After watching THE SACRAMENT I wanted to check out this recent PBS doc on the source material. I can see what people really liked about Jones’ message/church in the beginning. He was caring, non-discriminating, and charismatic. But when things started getting shifty, why did people stay there? Where they so wrapped up? I mean, I guess they were otherwise none of this would have happened. Shocking.
