Overview
A deadly infection breaks out in Manhattan, causing humans to devolve into blood-thirsty rat creatures. Six recently evicted tenants must survive the night and protect their downtown apartment building as the city quickly spirals out of control.

I remember hearing some good things when this came out, but never watched it myself. Pretty damn good, though. Some of the boxing infected people is silly, but otherwise pretty entertaining. The director did a lot with a small budget and worked within those constraints rather well.
