Serena Segalle was born with a club foot, which made her record breaking status as a 400m sprinter that evermore impressive. Now she’s in her thirties and has retired her track shoes along with her world of semi-professional athletics. Regardless of her promising career in physiotherapy, she finds herself struggling to cope in the shadows of her former glory as her affliction with early onset arthritis worsens.
