Overview
Tiantian’s parents leave their rural home to work in the city year-round, striving to escape poverty, leaving their young child and frail elderly grandfather behind. As the grandfather and grandson yearn for their return, the parents also ache for their family. Through hardships—including Tiantian’s mischievous childhood transforming into responsible maturity, caring for his grandfather and managing household chores, a desperate search for his parents, and the grandfather’s serious illness—the couple finally realizes the priceless value of family unity. They return home to start a business, choosing to stay by their loved ones’ side.
