Overview
The first secretary of the city party committee’s house was filled with his colleagues: the head of the construction department, the deputy manager of the bank, a journalist, an ambulance doctor, and the head of the police department - in short, those who were responsible for the city’s survival. And, of course, the reason for their gathering was the same: how to protect the city from a natural disaster?
