Overview
A reclusive man fleeing past trauma rents an apartment in Melbourne from an eccentric German billionaire. As a serial killer known as The Melbourne Mutilator terrorizes the city, he begins to suspect his landlord is not only involved - but leading a secret satanic cult that has controlled Melbourne for decades.
