Overview

Kano Kenji, second-in-command of the Matsuura family, is released from prison and comes into conflict with Sunagawa Tatsusaburo, 6th leader of the Morita family. Kano approaches Ikeshima, a powerful figure in the former Matsuura faction, and forms the “Matsuura Alliance” consisting of executives from the former Matsuura faction.
