Overview
Kano, who has been appointed chairman of the Matsuura Rengo-kai, swears an oath of brotherhood with Kikuchi, a former member of the Kinosaki-gumi, but Kikuchi dies in Kano’s place. This incident further intensifies the conflict between Kano and Sunagawa.
