A compilation of four cartoons about Kansas City are presented: “Cleaning Up!!?,” “Kansas City Girls Are Rolling Their Own Now,” “Did You Ever Take a Ride Over Kansas City Street in a Fliver” and “Kansas City’s Spring Clean-Up.”
