Overview
A cop’s (Sean Gallagher) beat gets messier and deadlier when he and his partner are given the task of hunting down a serial killer. When his partner dies during a chase, the lone cop is overcome with rage. The only way out of his grief is to work with three teenage friends to plan a copycat murder to lure the real perpetrator out of hiding. But his plan backfires when the fakery gives way to true terror.
