Overview
Türkan and Captain Selim want to get married. Türkan is worried about her father’s reaction and wants to wait. The captain, who does not listen to her, goes to her father and asks for her hand in marriage. Türkan’s father kicks the captain out. The father is determined to give his daughter to the wealthy businessman Osman Bey. Unable to bear the Captain’s distress, his friends try to help him. However, this only makes matters worse.
