Overview
David Lynch delivers a monologue in the form of a weather report from his home in Los Angeles, perceiving that things are drying out after the rain thanks to evaporation, the skies are blue, dotted with several white, puffy clouds and a lot of golden sunshine glows. He concludes that the day will grow warmer and wishes, in his usual, wholesome manner, for everybody to have a great day.
