Overview

Set in an alternate DC universe, Earth 27, Oliver Queen has been arrested and exposed as the Green Arrow. However, he is immediately recruited by Batman where he’ll be transferred to Arkham Asylum to obtain from Harley Quinn data containing whereabouts of a dirty bomb, data which she stole from her ex, the Joker. However, the Joker, aided by Deathstroke and Captain Boomerang, have raided the asylum to retrieve the data from Harley. Now, with the inmates loose, Oliver Queen must rely on his skills to get himself and Harley Quinn out of Arkham.
