Overview

Kiyoji Kito (Mitsuki Koga) judges evil as acting chairman of Japan’s largest organization, Owada-gumi, to rebuild the gangster society. Currently, he unexpectedly reunites with his former younger brother, Koji, who is living in the Miyagawa group, which is a single-minded group. However, with Ejima as the starting point, the Miyagawa group will face the Owada group. What is Kito’s justice judgment entrusted with this matter by the chairman, Shimamura (Hakuryu)? !!
