Viewing Notes
A really fun comic heist film based on Donald E. Westlake’s series of Dortmunder books. The clever plot involves a heist-gone-wrong that forces several more heists.
Redford, Segal, and Leibman play off each other wonderfully. But the real star might be New York and the glimpses we get of the city in the early ‘70’s.
