50th anniversary. It’s been 50 years? God, I’m old.

It’s still a hugely entertaining film, one that I still rewatch every few years. I like how it’s basically divided into two halves. The first half is a horror film, the second half is an action adventure. The scene where Quint recounts his experience on the USS Indianapolis is still riveting.
