Apparently a remake of a 2012 Spanish film, THE BODY. Hardly any press on this film, which explains why I had the whole theatre to myself on a Sunday afternoon.
This is a pretty good mystery involving a missing corpse from the morgue. There are twists and turns, including a major one at the end. It’s nicely paced; the director does a good job moving the plot forward with few dead spots.
It may also be the rainiest film I’ve ever seen, with a seemingly constant downpour through the entire picture.
Side note: by a funny coincidence, I ran into George, Matt, Leo, and Cam at AMC. They were watching WEAPONS at the same time.

I’ve run into Tonia & Ron a few times at AMC. Victoria and Mike once. It’s always amusing
