A widowed fisherwoman, travelling alone through snowbound northern Minnesota, interrupts the kidnapping of a teenage girl. Hours from the nearest town and with no phone service, she realizes that she is the young girl’s only hope.

A good little thriller that takes place in the frozen Minnesota backwoods. You can practically feel the bitter cold. There’s some good suspense, even though you have to question some of the actions taken by the characters.
It’s always good to see Emma Thompson, this time doing a FARGO accent, and Judy Greer is pretty good as the villain.
