Viewing Notes
Great makeup/special effects, some of the original cast of FREAKS and Donald Pleasence should add up to a bit more but that doesn’t mean THE MUTATIONS aka THE FREAKMAKER is all bad. There’s plenty to like here, including a few bits that make one wonder why this wasn’t included in the Video Nasties witch hunt back in the day.
