Viewing Notes

via Netflix

Asylum is known for their mockbusters, and I started this because it didn’t actually sound like one of them. It sort of starts off mocking Armageddon, but then moves over into mocking Edge of Tomorrow, the Tom Cruise reincarnation sci-fi flick. Other than a few decent effects shots which surprised the hell out of me, this doesn’t work so well. I don’t care about the characters, it jumped around so much that I lost track of it, not that I was caring much to begin with, and then didn’t end up with any kind of resolution. I still have to watch Edge of Tomorrow/Live Die Repeat but I can almost guarantee you’ll want to just watch that one first and skip this entirely.
