Viewing Notes

I really wish I hadn’t caught this one piecemeal on the cruise as I’m betting I’d have liked it more despite its faults. The biggest reason to catch this one is Bill Murray who’s portrayal of a surly and broke war vet who’s being put through the ringer is fantastic.  The rest of the film is very cliche and predictable to the point I predicted the ending without having seen a huge chunk of the film.  It’s kind of a comedy but more along the drama lines.  Be prepared to shed a tear or two.
