Estranged from his wife after a tragedy tears them apart, Conor tries to keep his struggling restaurant afloat and move forward with his life. I really need to finish the Her part of this and I’d like to follow it up with them. This gives us McAvoy’s characters point of view. Just from what I’ve seen of the her part of the film, while there are over-lapping scenes that are shot differently from each character’s point of view, these are very different films telling the stories of the two characters who are trying to find their footing.
