During a New Year’s Eve celebration, a punk-rock singer gets a phone call saying that when New Year’s strikes in each time zone, someone will be murdered—and she will be the last one. So cheesy, boring, predictable and just kind of awful. It’s bad when the highlight of the film is the punk rock bands parading through the special that’s serving as the backdrop and even then you can’t be really asked to care much.
