An innocent woman, accused of murdering her son and hanged as a witch, curses a tree and the children who play around it. The effects of this act of revenge echo through the years ..... I don’t know whether it was the film or the fact that I’m busy caring for my wife, but I just couldn’t maintain my interest in this film at all. I’m going to give it another shot because what I was paying attention to was pretty good, but right now it’s sitting in that middle ground.
