A twisted but brilliant doctor bent on revenge buys a street prostitute, then uses brutality—and surgery—to turn her into the ultimate assassin against the monster that murdered his wife. This is listed as an action thriller, and while it has the thriller formula to it, it is more of a drama and moves pretty slowly. It reminds me of the films I used to rent out of the local video store with my buddies way back when so there’s that nostalgia to it, but overall it’s not that great.
