Disturbing film but it’s supposed to be. It doesn’t really bring anything to the table that was necessary. However since it was supposed to be exploitive, it delivered. I give props to the actors, because they did a great job, especially Sarah Butler who I think really put herself out there for this role.
If you don’t like the original, don’t like to see rape or disturbing things, then this won’t be up your alley. If you do like that stuff, this still may not be up your alley. I think it’s really only for people who know they want to see a remake of ISOYG.
