Overview
The Japanese forces occupy Shanghai and slowly start spreading terror in the city. Chen Zhen, who was presumed dead, returns to fight against the Japanese and put an end to their tyrannical rule.

If you have the patience for forced melodrama, you’ll be rewarded with some amazing Martial Arts sequences and a stellar performance by Donnie Yen. A sequel to the original Jet Li flick FIST OF LEGEND (that being a remake of the Bruce Lee classic FISTS OF FURY) and the TV series starring Donnie Yen, LEGEND OF THE FIST is a decent way to kill 2 hours.
It never reaches the heights of the amazing WWI opening scene, but the action is still better than anything mainstream you’ll see.
