A period actioner based on real life, Legend of the Fist suffers from a bit too much nationalism and is a bit too densely packed. Still, it’s a pretty fun watch and the period set pieces, though they take some getting used to, are pretty fun and a bit reminiscent of the opening scenes in the second Indiana Jones (and the Temple of Doom) movie.
