Viewing Notes

The Resident Evil series can no longer be considered a Horror franchise. AFTERLIFE is almost a waste of time, but at least it’s better than APOCALYPSE.

Here’s my rundown of the series:

RESIDENT EVIL > RESIDENT EVIL: EXTINCTION > RESIDENT EVIL: AFTERLIFE > RESIDENT EVIL: APOCALYPSE

I think I’m done. Pretty much all the action scenes rip off THE MATRIX’s slow motion bullet time, it’s mind blowingly bad. The only good thing about this flick is I was able to spot my friend Derik Hefner (@DeathRayFactory, www.deathrayfactory.com) in the crowd of zombies.
