Overview
Capturing the sadistic serial killer “The Wolf” was just the beginning for rookie cop Johnny Morgan. As he escorts the monster to his new home in the dark underground halls of Parker’s Asylum, bedlam ensues and Johnny along with a handful of civilians become players in a night of survival against the world’s most terrifying inmates.

Viewing Notes
Not entirely terrible, but suffers greatly from not knowing what sort of movie it really wanted to be. It had the potential to be an interesting serial killer/police sort of film but then veers wildly into Hostel territory and flirts with mocking itself from time to time as well.
It all adds up to a mess, with some really nicely shot scenes here and there, and some unintentional hilarity throughout as well. Probably not worth watching unless in a group of people who appreciate movies like this.
