Overview
In 2047, a group of astronauts are sent to investigate and salvage the starship Event Horizon which disappeared mysteriously seven years before on its maiden voyage. However, it soon becomes evident that something sinister resides in its corridors.

Viewing Notes
The last movie of Sci-Fi Spectacular, and I considered skipping it to get home and get some sleep. Luckily it started close to on time, so I decided to stick it out and complete the whole Sci-Fi Spectacular.
I’ve seen Event Horizon a few times before, and while it’s a servicable movie, and has some genuinely creepy stuff happening, overall it’s always been a disappointment to me.
I just wanted it to be more than it was.
Still, seeing it on the big screen was a treat, and the 35 mm print was in great shape.
