A typical martial arts movie of the era in so many ways, combining some silly comedy with action, it really stands out when its villain, Ghost Face Killer, appears on screen. The final battle puts it over the top.
It was a lot of fun to see this in 35mm with my whole family at the Visual Arts Center at CU Boulder, as part of their International Film Series. The second of four kung fu movies in 35mm during February.
