Viewing Notes

Another 35mm film noir print at CU Boulder as part of the International Film Series. The print was immaculate and the movie was a lot better than I was expecting from the plot description. Co-starring Raymond Burr as a sleazy private investigator. The actor who played the strong man in Nightmare Alley also shows up here as a gangster’s goon. Both Gavin and I recognized him immediately!
