Viewing Notes

It’s manifest destiny social leanings aside, this is a pretty astounding movie in terms of the special effects and model work, especially the last third which focuses on future society’s industrialization and space travel.

The cinematography is great as well, with some interesting angles reminiscent of German Expressionism.
