Viewing Notes
Not horrible, just boring. I kept thinking I’d have rather watched a TMNT movie in the animated style that the opening and closing credits sequences were done in. Even William Fichtner can’t save this one.
However, I’m guessing if you’re in the right age group, or a fan of the Nickelodeon animated series, there might be more appeal here for you.
