Overview

A dangerous combination of radiation and insecticide causes the unfortunate Scott Carey to shrink, slowly but surely, until he is only a few inches tall. His home becomes a wilderness where he must survive everything from spiders living in the cellar to his beloved cat.

What a fun movie to revisit on 35mm at CU Boulder! It’s been a really long time since I’ve seen this. Lots of religious and male emasculation/insecurity overtones that I guess I don’t remember or never caught when I saw this as a teenager. The print was in excellent shape too.
