Overview
The Utah community of Santa Ynez is being terrorized by a mysterious black coupe that appears out of nowhere and begins running people down. After the car kills off the town sheriff, Captain Wade Parent is determined to stop the murderous driver.

Viewing Notes
Not nearly as good as I was hoping it would be, but not entirely without merit either. It actually starts off well but the ending was a letdown. I also really hate it when high speed chase scenes are obviously sped up. You’re in the desert, you should be able to do a pretty good job of actually doing high speed stunt work.
