A pretty powerful, unflinching look at post-war Germany immediately after World War II. Interesting to see what the German people had to go through as a result of Hitler’s total war philosophy, which reduced Berlin to rubble and completely obliterated the infrastructure. The final film in Rossellini’s War Trilogy.
