A very odd, anachronistic Frankenheimer movie from the mid-eighties that feels like it was made in the seventies. I was honestly shocked to find out it was made in 1985 when I looked it up on IMDb.
Full of dutch angles, weird settings (an indoor horse riding club in London, a prostitutes parade in Berlin, etc.) and oddly miscast characters.
